M.U.D. NATURAL DAY LOOKS MAKEUP WORKSHOP
A natural make-up refers to applying make-up in a way that looks like we are not wearing make-up all over the face, however all blemishes and negative aspects are corrected. Typically, the eyes are light, the cheeks are sun-kissed, and the lips are a soft, subtle color. Natural looks can be worn everyday, and are good for most social occasions and special events.
Hands-on Workshop:
3.5-hour workshops include a one-hour live demonstration, and two hours of hands-on practice. There is a 30-minute break for participants to set up a station. Workshops are open to anyone who wants to improve their knowledge of make-up application. The instructional objective for this workshop is to apply a natural, “barely-there” make-up in 30 minutes.
They do not provide products or tools for the hands-on portion of the class and they encourage participants to bring their own make-up and brushes. In class they will use the products listed under the product focus and additional MUD products to complete the look. They highly recommend the use of the Travel Brush Set as the professional tools for the class. The products we suggest for this look are just a guideline for what is possible.
All workshop attendees will receive 30% off all MUD products including the workshop-featured kit and 10% off MUD Approved products.

“ONE WOMAN THREE MEN” BOOK – A NEW MODEL FOR DATING TALK
“One Woman Three Men” is being released for the first time ever in the United States this April! Meet the author at Mystic Journey in Venice and hear her talk: How single women can take a quantum leap and get the love life they dream of: The new novel “One Woman Three Men” shows you how.
If you are a single woman looking to improve your love life, this Mystic Journey talk is for you. Writer Pouline Middleton will share her personal experiences with having three men in her life for a while and how it empowered her to get the love life she dreamt of. She is now happily married to one man.
You will learn about:
How she invented the “three men model” and what it gave her, what the “three men model” is about, how such a model can empower you, why it is necessary to be specific regarding love and sex, how to prioritize what is important to you, what you can do to improve the matches with guys before you go on a date, how you can become more conscious of what is actually going on behind the scenes of dating, where to start to get closer to the love life you dream of, this presentation will give you fun inspiration as to what elements you can change in, your current efforts to get the love life you long for.
As a love coach, Pouline’s inventive model will teach you a new way to date, and help you prioritize your needs to find a mate who fully satisfies you. Come join her for an evening of honest truths and confessions–where you will feel safe to share your stories and ask questions. (If any men want to come, you’re welcome to attend too, as the model could apply to you!)
Pouline Middleton has been a Modern Love coach since 2010. Danish by birth, she holds a M. Sc. in Economics and has worked extensively around the world, having lived in Paris, Algeria, Hong Kong, and visited 36 states in the U.S. Her books include: “One Woman Three Men” (Over And Above Press) and “Seven Paths to Love” (New Insights Press).

Located northeast of downtown Los Angeles, The Brewery Arts Complex is 16 acres of creative energy, artistic dreams, and a little piece of historic LA. It was an operating brewery from 1897 through 1979. Its rebirth as an arts complex began in 1982 with the passing of the Artist-In-Residence code that legalized renting live/work space in industrially zoned buildings.
The Brewery Artwalk Association (BAA) is a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization. Its mission is to produce, organize and facilitate the recurring semiannual event known as the Brewery Artwalk. The Brewery Artwalk is a free, educational, public arts event designed to create an alternative venue for art exposure. It also allows artists at The Brewery the opportunity to open their studios and connect with the general public, the art industry, other working artists and the community. Families, children, students and individuals are encouraged to view the artists’ work, meet with the artists in person and engage in dialogue about the art. “JOURNEY THIS” ONE-WOMAN SHOW STARRING CHERAY O’NEAL
This fantastic one-woman show starts NAACP Image Award winner Cheray O’Neal. This unique play takes the audience down a humorous soul searching odyssey to forgiveness, and raises the question “is happiness a choice or a by-product?” After her last living relative dies, Journey is faced with a choice; suffer or forgive. O’Neal’s writing and thespian skills are stellar in this well-paced and developed play. Her sold out shows have been captivating audiences while they experience the journeys of the many characters she plays. “Journey This” is inspiring and controversial with an uplifting and daringly humorous message of female empowerment. O’Neal portrays both male and female characters ranging for ages 6 to 80 flawlessly. Such characters include a little girl from the 1950s, a 17-year-old boy from the streets, an 80-year-old socialite, to an erotic poet.
Hailing from New York, Cheray O’Neal’s credits cross a diverse spectrum from film to the stage. Not only is she a published author, her acting has granted opportunities in the films “H4” produced by Harry Lennix (“Blacklist”), “Honesty” by Mark Pellington (“Blindspot”), and is a proud member of The Labyrinth Theater Company of New York. She’s worked with actors Philip Seymour Hoffman, Judy Reyes, David Zayas, and Loretta Devine, as well as singers Macy Gray and Adam Lambert.
Testimony of the show: https://youtu.be/ogjarvwszJg
The show is associate produced by visual effects master Rick Alonso (“Scandal”), directed by Lenore Thomas Douglas (“Princess Diaries”), and Tovaris Wilson, choreographer of “America’s Got Talent”. Some of the proceeds will be donated to Playforpink.org and Stoller Filer Planned Parenthood of Watts.
