The Los Angeles chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) is holding their 2nd community outreach project to help Angelenos become homeowners or to help struggling homeowners to keep their home.
NAHREP LA will host a unique day that will bring together sellers, buyers, lenders and others involved in the purchase and selling of homes. The event is free to the public and will offer workshops in English and Spanish to help attendees learn about the different types of financing available as well to understand how to prepare to purchase and sustain your home. NAHREP members representing listing realtors as well as lenders available to assist the public and, if ready, to open escrow on various properties. Their goal is to attract about 1,500 Angelinos to “CASA LATINA Expo” and to open 500 escrows that day!
